I was lucky enough to take part in a base tour of Middle Wallop thanks to Waddington Aviation Area Spotters group and Ben Sadler. Many thanks guys!
Apache ZJ187, Bell 212 ZH816, Tutor G-BYXI were good for me but unfortunately we didn’t get into the hangar which has stored Wildcat ZZ400 in. The Army chaps that took us around were happy to show us most things and talk about them, so it was an interesting visit.
