I then boarded a half full 9M-MXN for the 5 hours 20 flight to Perth. A smooth flight although a little bumpy on the approach to 21 where we landed at 1510. A quick pass through Immigration, Customs and collecting the rental car had me doing a circuit by 1535.

I am staying in a rented flat in Subiaco on the West side of Perth about 10 miles from the Airport. I am here now for the next 3.5 weeks. I will go over to the airport as and when anything I need is due or that I have picked up on SBS. I will also make regular forays to Jandakot to collect some outstanding RFDS frames required

I also have a list of other bits I am going to look up in the coming weeks (mainly Wrecks and Relics) but I dont want to spend lots of time in the car in the heat!! Was 34c on arrival today.
