Hi all,
Popped to my local tonight around 7pm in the hope of seeing these 6 which were showing as on the ground – C525 D-IOVA, B429 EC-OFS, C172 EI-HHG, C680 HB-VMS, C525 N70MZ & SR22 N224W.
It can be a strange hobby as although I only saw 2 of the 6 that I was after, I lucked upon DA50 G-CMOE, DA62 G-LAMU, T-6 G-OSNJ, SR22 N88SN, SR20 N221MV & SR22 PH-JWK instead. It’s been a very long time since I made 8 in one visit to Kidlington. There was an event going on at the new Hangar 15 , so I’m guessing that some of the below were visiting for that. There were also a lot of nice cars knocking about too! As this seemed to be going on into the evening, I guess any visitors might still be around tomorrow…..
The T-6 was amongst the small static area outside Hangar 15 with marks “C” on the tail and “124” and “NAVY” on the fuselage and overall polished metal and blue paint colour scheme. I couldn’t see a registration in the usual place for these under the tailplane….thanks to Dave Haines for identifying this one for me.
