After meeting up at Munich Airport by the afternoon of Thursday 5th, we will take a long drive via Linz and overnight at our first nights accommodation within 1 hours drive of Zeltweg. Most of Friday 6th, will be spent at Zeltweg AirPower where the organisers boast of 200 aircraft confirmed from 20 Nations. As well a seeing a good selection of active Austrian Air Force assets, it will also be a great chance to see the base museum. Second nights stop will likely be in the vicinity of Salzburg.

Saturday 7th, will be spent travelling West back to Munich, where we will pick away at any wrecks and relics along the route. We will definitely look at the collections to be seen at the Red Bull Hangars (Salzburg) and Bad Ischl. We fly home that evening from Munich but you are also welcome to stay another day at your own expense around Munich, should you choose. You could do the Deutsches Museum collections at Oberschleissheim or in the city centre, trek out to Oberpfaffenhofen or just stay at the airport for the day….flights are with Lufthansa from Heathrow and can be Saturday or Sunday return for the same price, so included in the tour fee. Going from Manchester adds around £50 to the tour price.
